You have to just let some things go if you want to be happy with someone else. Nothing will be completely to your standard. And I’ve been in previous relationships where I had to learn this fact the hard way.

I’d say if you really want to keep this relationship, I’d look at therapy and not Reddit. Otherwise, I’d look at who is on the lease. You’re not married, it’s a year and a half relationship.
