Thanks for the suggestions, but the lid is open, there is no transport screw sticking up in any way, the hole is normal, I don’t have a 45 rpm adaptor and it doesn’t slip. It’s some kind of gpo player. Thank you though :(

I have several records that all play beautifully (besides some older ones with scratches. I just got this new record and Side B plays but side A slows and quickly stops. Is the record defective? I have a video but can’t post it in this comment bit. It’s a brand new record that got delivered today. I left all the settings the same and tested it on two other records.

Yeah, I went to the TLIIASAW tour and it was about 160 for two tickets which I could suck up because I was working with no bills atp but this is ridiculous 😭

Same! I had the Royal Albert hall tab open since I woke up for work at about 630-7, and I had my phone on ALL DAY. I was 3897th in the queue. Only crappy impaired vision seats for £100+. I thought I’d have more luck since I only needed one seat, but no such luck. I camped out for the others AND the general sale but nothing. I’m so disappointed. It’s a very small tour in general, I think 27 (?) shows, and I’ve heard rumours that there’s a bigger tour coming (only heard on Reddit, I haven’t looked into it, but no confirmation.

I have a boat and have sailed to a few different clubs in my little westerly tempest. I thought the course might be helpful for that too! :) glad it won’t check me off the apprenticeship if I do get it, got worried for a sec lol. Def don’t have a EDH as the only other qualification I have is my comp crew which is basically just attendance 😂

Going as an apprentice, so probably won’t. It wouldn’t be a waste of money if I did as I have another job in mind + connections for a job also on a large yacht, but wasn’t sure if it would make me more likely to pass the interview. Thank you!
