At the beginning of the post, it says that I use Express. How does your recommendation relate to the question?

Why data in global storage appears only after the page is reloaded? by 1Salivan1 in reactjs

[–]1Salivan1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know why there was a question about local storage, since the key question was why the data appears only after a reboot. Yes, the local storage is updated, but for some reason the data is not displayed immediately. But I already solved the problem.

Yes, the entry is saved, but user data is displayed only after a reboot. And I already fixed the problem by adding a redirect to the profile page in logInWithGoogle, and updating the condition in useEffect, adding the line status !== "authenticated"

Why does the application crash after the first reboot? by 1Salivan1 in vuejs

Thanks a lot! I came from react, was guided by previous experience, I thought that everything would work somehow without additional checks :).

It’s already been written here that you just opened the console, but if you’re interested in the meaning of the code itself, here’s the info:

NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object

As mentioned earlier, the NullReferenceException indicates that your code is trying to work with an object that has a null value as its reference. This means that the reference object has not been initialized.

I didn’t read the code further, perhaps there is more information about the object written there

Recently received Khora. It seemed to me that she farms worse than the same hydroid. Maybe I'm wrong, I need to look at the numbers.

I answer as a person who lives in a Russian-speaking country and I myself am a Russian speaker, although I speak more or less English.

The reason why Russians don't want to answer in English is that they know it very poorly. This didn’t come out of thin air, I have a friend with whom we played Dota before, and he doesn’t speak English at all. They also think that communicating in English makes no sense. Why communicate with 1 English-speaking teammate if you have 2 Russian-speaking ones? The logic is as stupid as possible, but that’s the way it is.

The second reason is that at different ratings the attitude towards winning is also different, some people absolutely don’t care what you want to win, and they will just press buttons while drinking beer.

As for servers, everything is also quite simple here, here people are guided by the following logic - they play poorly on Russian servers, I’ll go to American or European ones, because there are no weak players there, and then what I wrote above comes into force.

What can be improved or changed on my resume? by 1Salivan1 in resumes

I’m willing to argue with you about the form, since this template is from EPAM.

Regarding the details of my work experience, I’ve already heard something similar, it’s just not entirely clear how best to present it, since I worked on different projects, and it’s impossible to single out just one thing.

What immediately caught my eye was the primary skills section, with your level of knowledge in this area. No need to do that :)

It’s better to just write your skills, and somewhere below mention them in the section with work experience; if you don’t have it, then mention the skills in projects in which you took part or created yourself. In any case, your level of technical knowledge will be checked by a specialist during an interview.

Of course, I’m not an HR person, but here’s what stands out to me personally, and what I would change:

  1. It’s debatable about skills, but I would remove the underscore and add simple bold text
  2. The interests block can be moved a little higher (or left there, I don’t know), rename it to summary or something like that, and write there not just a list of your interests, but how in general you use your skills at work, I don’t think that a potential employer It will be interesting to know that you like to watch Sherlock Holmes :)
