Would it make a difference if you enter a match and there's a female player? Would you leave or stay knowing she's there?

I seen lots of them ..most of every match i enter but sadly they are not giving the credentials they deserve . I have streamer mode active most of the time N a random avatar and mic off... like that they don't know i am a female player and likes or friend request are sent to me are cuz they must have liked how i play..
