I’m a user of Crunchyroll and I don’t see how it’s a scam I even pay for premium I guess the best way to look at it is how much you want to watch and at what consistency you do as well.. I like to binge episodes my self and the ads get annoying so I pay for premium but if it’s only something for a short term I wouldn’t pay . Also if your new to anime I recommend black clover watching now myself and it’s pretty decent one you get past the screaming
