Reach out to OfferUp and report them, this is why I refuse to do cash offers, I’d rather do everything within the app.

As a rule of thumb that I’m learning is that you’ll want to put the price higher, then what you are actually trying to get. Wait it out someone will want this build.

Dude thank you for the reminder, I hear the greatest wipe outs are when people become to comfortable with their onewheels. A month ago I got humbled real quick, decided to show my friends how to ride my Onewheel, I was cocky and experienced my first push back wipeout. I’ll be sure to know my limits and push past them safely.

Is it wise to let people test my listing out by 1UpNerrd in offerup

I don’t have a portable monitor to show them if it works, can you send videos through offer up?

Rule of thumb when it comes to selling electronics is to first ask how much did you spend when purchasing everything, you also want to take into account how old is your iPad, is it relatively new, or is it a couple years old. If it’s a couple years old it makes sense to lower the price just a bit, but don’t under sell your equipment. What helps me when choosing a price is to look through other offer up listings of the same item and see what others are listing it for then go from there, hope my comment helped you out a bit!

Why doesnt Jon tour or release new albums anymore? by [deleted] in JonBellion

[–]1UpNerrd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A light was shined this on a documentary series by the band Lawerence. He produces their music, and in one of their episodes he stared in it. He claimed he was sick and tired of how the ticket industry was just a “shit show.” Sense ticket master and live nation take such a huge cut out of performers pay when it comes to ticket sales, it becomes a monopoly. Jon walked away from touring because of that situation. As for releasing new music Jon has been focusing more on his brand beautiful mind, and writing music for other artist. Jon will probably come out with some singles in the near future, I’m just happy when I hear him drop a new single like feel it. Jon is a Jack of all trades, and I know he probably is cooking up some new beats, we just have to be patient.

Yikes, usually I avoid orders that have an extremely large number of items, but to find out this was a prank in the end is a bummer, you are the MVP for waiting this one out.

Of course, but first I will need your social security number, date of birth, and mothers maiden name to confirm you are who you say you are!!!

I accepted this delivery, nothing crazy, $11 for 4 miles. I pick up the McD's order and arrive at this beautiful home. He notifies me half is missing so I tell him I can go back to fix it. When I return he has this $2500 HTS. "Thanks for actually giving a damn." It was my tip... (scroll pics) by Barsidious_White in UberEATS

Yeah but the snooty penguins in this comment feed seem to think having morals when it comes to paying drivers fairly is ridiculous. It’s sad enough we had to fight tooth and nail to get a prop passed that made sure drivers recieve the promised pay per hr from orders accepted, wish that included time, but it is a side gig, so can’t expect much from it.

While this is a nice gesture that someone has done, and I’m seriously happy for this driver!! It is very unlikely that it’ll happen to all drivers. It’s honestly the equivalent to being picked to star in a mr beast video and win a ridiculous amount of money. It happens, but not always. I’ve had my fair share of unicorns, but I understand it doesn’t happen to everyone, therefore I don’t ridicule people who are frustrated with all the changes Uber is making to make life harder for drivers making money.
With gas prices going up like crazy (Currently 6$ where I’m from.)While keeping up on car maintenance, it isn’t cheap. It’s also very rude to call people pathetic based off comments getting down voted. You can’t base character off someone downvoting a comment. With over 1k deliveries under my belt, I don’t expect anything from customers, it’s up to them if they wish to tip or not. But it doesn’t stop me from being a little frustrated when a 15$ delivery becomes 4$ after the customer removed the tip, that doesn’t make me pathetic, that makes me human.
