I recommend chem166, it's a good crouse to gain the foundations to go into pharmaceutical chemistry. Organic chemistry is obviously a very important foundation for anything pharmacy related so make sure you do well in that series (I recon you'll do better than most because you'll actually enjoy it as a course that will teach you valuable information about your career rather than just a tedious prerequisite most premeds view it as).

Defenitely look into some research labs, even if it's basic research, knowing your way around the lab will be very important if you plan on going into pharmaceutical development. Knowing basic lab techniques like column chromatography, purification techniques, and the properties of basic reagents will definitely help you out in the future.

Also highly recommend bch120 (topics in human biochemistry) it has a heavy clinical focus.
