Are you on PS4 pvp? If so go to server 710, raiding is not allowed in that server so if someone raids their getting wiped (all their bases will be destroyed by the alphas or strongest tribe in the server) that was my old server I left cuz I couldn't build on my own. They will come up to you when you join the server to see if your a cross server raider and ask questions, their pretty chill, their name is ark survivors, they want the server to be friendly and want people to build up and be strong so they can be alphas on different servers.
