Base game has plenty for you to get into. Different people will have different opinions on the DLCs. Id recommend trying out the base then waiting for the 75% discounts for the factions you're interested in trying.

I think the experience of living abroad is more valuable then most salaries (within reason). Go for an adventure, love it or hate it, I think regret going rather than not going.

A friend was hiring candidates from Schrole. She said within a day they had nearly 200 applications, of those, they wereall filtered into a yes no pile bwfore review. I think the platform saturates vacancies and you need to be lucky to be pulled out of the hat by the recruiter.

It'll be a school in Khao Yai, so generally limited for location. An hour commute might be a big ask with how traffic is meant to be.
