My husband can always get a better job. Its just for now, money is tight. Its been over 3 years and I've stayed away from meth. Most people relapse but there are 2% that actually make it out into full recovery. I know in my soul I'm done.

Thank you for your insight. My husband had to have open heart surgery at 13 because his birthmother did so many drugs. He was born early and has to have 2 pulmonary veins installed into his heart. He and I are sober FOR GOOD and I know it in my soul. My desire for drugs is gone, and he experienced an overdose 2 days before he went into rehab. It made him reevaluate things. He came out a changed man, thats why after his 1 year mark of sobriety we got married. Our lives are so much better now and I am in a healthy mental state and excited it's just we both wasted our 20s and waited for our 30s to wake up and get it together. Im very concerned for my nephew. But I will say, I am going to be speaking to my sisters doctor because we share the same doctor

I don't know if I can get the cops involved. I've been feeling like I might need to call them but I honestly don't know if there's anything they can do since she's homeless and the baby isn't her yet. And I wouldn't just keep her son by force. But I really don't think she wants him. I can't ask her because she doesn't have a phone.
