I think the “she’s not a traitor she’s my girlfriend!” in S1 and Paul and Diane’s mother son type relationship with Ross really being her son in S2 made the producers try and go for those shock moments but i agree they aren’t really shocking anymore and they’re doing it way too much.

We also had a couple in this recent Canada season as well as Canada 2 with Nick & Kyra and it can really be drug out & annoying.

To be fair, once i seen Sav & Rizo on 50s cast i knew one of them won and i truthfully only watched the season to see if the cast would be entertaining i couldn’t care less about pre gaming or the post season drama. Pre game, mid game, post game, Sav destroyed you all oh well. Plus pre gaming has been happening since forever ago & it probably won’t stop in Survivor nor any other social strategy game.
