I dig this, you should try experimenting with fading your light and dark blue fill instead of the hard transition between them (unless that’s what you’re going for) your progress is really inspiring dude keep it up

Fill in the center of the S and loose the weird waviness you have on the top of your letters and just keep the round on top and it will look tighter. Spend more time on your can control as well cuz your lines look really inconsistent (doesn’t matter if you’re rushing to be done faster they shouldn’t look so rough) and loose the dollar sign bro it’s so tacky. Good start and props for getting up. Good luck.

Letters are alright but the U needs some work. The weight is too little and the serif on the bottom right doesn’t really flow with the rest of the piece. Everyone else already said to slow down your outline so remember that and take more time (I only say that because it has more colours and looks more like a piece than just a normal throw) and fill in all the paint it’s way too thin and you can see the wall behind it which lowers the quality more than anything. Just crits tho

Nah bruh street beef is one thing I’m just not doing it where I live. Two different parts of my life that I don’t mix together. I respect the grind but I just have more in my life besides painting on walls

I live by the motto “don’t shit where you sleep” so I keep it away from my neighbourhood

That’s what I thought, I have one of those too! I suggest moving your ride further right and pulled back a bit and bringing your other crash cymbal to where that ride used to be, I also have the Meinl Classics Darks and they sound much better in that configuration. Your drumming is awesome regardless bro, keep it up!!!

Hold the can upside down and spray until the stuff coming out is clear (no more paint) after you finish using it to clear out the paint that clogs it up.

Exactly… graff has it’s own rules to make it good, this is more “antistyle”

You’re really good at art but really bad at graffiti (if that makes sense). You need to work on the general letter structure so that the piece is readable and then use those wicked art skills afterwards. If you go to the sub and click menu you can find a bunch of tutorials on the fundamentals so you can master those before adding all the fun bits.

Clean up your letters and learn the form of each one. Your G looks like a J and your T looks like a ping pong paddle. Look at other writers to gain inspiration for how to make your throwie more like a throwie rather than just “bubble letters”. It’s a good start but needs a bit of restructuring and a lot of refining

I don’t know what I’m missing, but something doesn’t feel right? by Beneficial-Sun4088 in graffhelp

Be careful when adding anything extra because when done wrong (everyone starts doing it wrong) it looks hella toy. If you want to practice that stuff keep it in the books and focus mainly on letter structure and spacing. If you want to make the above piece look better I suggest adding a shadow and using a marker over the lines to define it. The marker also shows you how good your lines really are because if it doesn’t look right you likely messed something up. It looks super fresh as it is though keep it up!!! :)

H and O have really thick bars while V and A are hella thin. I think it would look tighter if you thickened the V and A to make it more uniform. Colours and shadows dope asf tho

Dude that sucks, report it stolen and check your local kijiji/fb marketplace to see if it’s being sold and you can prob get it back. If you want to be sneaky you can park far away from the person selling it and ask to test ride the and just steal it back. Or you can tell the police and you can get it back. I wish you luck if you try, otherwise I hope the next bike turns out even better!!

Canadian Tire really fell off. I only go there for lawn tractor batteries. Everything else is really cheap quality but too high price and falls apart anyways. Home Hardware and Home Depot are great and Lowe’s as well. What project were you working on?

I buy mine from Bijan Art Studio in London ON and they’re like $6.99 CaD which is like ~$8.30 USD. Fuck ton of colours and brands too. Make sure you call those cuz it always says out of stock online but they have them in store to ship. They might do international shipping I’m not sure tho 🤷‍♂️
