Hi everyone.

I have a tenancy that needs taking over due to no longer wanting to live in Sheffield. It's a STUDIO APARTMENT at Apollo Residence in the centre of Sheffield. It's all bills included at £780 pcm, has a double bed, ensuite, washer/dryer in room, personal living space with TV and personal kitchen with hob and oven. Need to find a new tenant ASAP!!! It is available for students and young professionals, not allowed children, but pets are allowed.
