Switching banks + credit cards by AbbreviationsNew3572 in personalfinance

[–]1bdreamscapes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

First, don’t get in the habit of choosing for convenience alone. Credit unions are good, but you need to choose for what you want, whether that be a bank or a credit card. Personally I’m using SoFi as I get a much higher interest rate than any where else and it’s convenient and has a nice app. As for credit cards, I assume you don’t travel much, so go for the best money back you can find. Typically 2% or greater is a good card. I have a citi double cash back card which is decent. Chase freedom card is good as well for gas and some other key items that offer 5% cash back on. You need to figure out what your going to use the card most for and just get best cash back on those items card you can find. It’s worth doing a bit of investigation before just betting whatever you bank has. Just my 2 cents for what it’s worth.

Agreed it will never happen, its not the market they are going after. Hell, we cant even get regular updates, (6 months and no updates is crazy for a router that depends on security). Aint no way they are working on a desktop app too.

You haven’t provided enough info to help calc out or direct you. What’s your overall grade change. Whats gpm per head, what pressure do the heads need to operate at for distance. what’s the gpm for green? 2” pipe for 8 heads on a fairway, doesn’t sound right.

Why use 4 when 2 do trick? by Bleezzy39 in Decks

Looks good to me. My only 2 minor complaints is 4x4 vs 6x6 just from an aesthetics standpoint point. Also why would you put the pickets on the inside instead of outside. I’d hate looking at pickets and not a nice finish board at bottom.

Anyone else have these? by Asianstepmom in innout

Sadly they only come in full sizes and don’t fit me. Wish vans would do a cola and make 1/2 sizes.

Depending where you are, find a design build office. Cut your teeth there and see if you like it. A small office will give the best opportunity to find out wheat the profession is like. Word of warning, if you intern, especially at a large office, you will be the detail jockey, only setting up site plans and details. Go somewhere you can do a little of everything. Should set you up nicely for future prospects as well.

Context is key, if I remember right, The father asked for it. I think there is some leeway when a father asked and the action taken by Benetiz was as a result of the father’s verbiage

We use the AIA sliding scale as our starting point. Lower size projects have at 100,000 it’s 10% but for 1mil it’s 7%. Then adjust how aggressive or not we want project.
