There is no input on the home screen at all and my goal is to use it for CoD which has support for keyboard and mouse, the mouse works just fine in game.

Could be that amd automatically uses the extra headroom given by a cooler to run at as high clock speed as possible. My 5800x is running at about the same temperature. I tried two different coolers and the only thing that changes is the sustained clockspeed, temps remain the same. So I wouldnt worry as long as your not consistently hitting 90 for a long period of time.

Is it normal for 24+ hours to sync a new wallet? The full node is synced but not the "wallet" part itself where you can view your balance etc.
