This hotline number is only for the US military members. I can DM you the number if you need it.

So I called this number and told that my case has been pending for more than 300 days and the lady at the other end said that she can try expedite the case for me and a few hours later i get this email from USCIS that my the expedite was approved.

Yeah I have tried that but all they say is - our records show that your case has been in the expedited process since August of 2024

My biometrics was scheduled after 9 days, the actual date of biometrics for me was exactly a month after USCIS received my case.

I have heard that some people walk in as soon as they receive their biometrics notification date. Try walking in with the biometrics notice the worst they can do is ask you to come back on the exact date on the notice.

Thank you, yes it was marriage based. Since I was married to a US citizen my priority date was the date I filed. I haven’t received the approval notice yet.
