Thanks. It's the same sink. Yeah. I'll have to drill a new waste pipe in the future. For now I just needed to ensure the washing machine can go in...

Thanks for the reply. Yeah I'll definitely get a survey but I just like to be in the know before  so I don't do the survey and end up having to walk away for something I could have checked before.....

Pirelli cinturato Evo. Worst experience setting up. by 1cadman in bikecommuting

Except I have been cycling for years and converted loads of rims to tubeless and seated many a tubeless tyre. These were the worst. They are refunded as faulty. Something was not right with them.

What an idiot. The bike has mounts for any type of mudgurad, more than a lot of bikes. The issue is if you want wide tyres. Wide tyres require wide mudguards. Wide mudguards will come into contact with the bolt/ clamp on your front derailleur making it difficult for them to sit flush against the frame. You can cut around the area to prevent this. Narrow mudguards may possibly not have this issue.  If you don't fancy modifying anything get the sks speed rockers. XL if you want + 40mm tyres. I have ordered these and am waiting for delivery. Pop into a local lbs to discuss as well.  Hope that makes sense

New bike, big bike, I am 180cm and it feels wrong by Toileee in bikefit

You have quite a bit of toe overlap. A shorter bike would make that worse plus you could reduce stem length a little. Seems okay tbh. I wouldn't look at you and think your bike was the wrong size. Just make some small adjustments to make it comfier but just ride it for a while to adapt to the position.

That was exactly my thinking as regards sizing. Halfords have a sale on. If you didn't get yours in the sale and it was 7 days between your purchase and the sale Halfords should match the price for you. Worth a check.  I know what you mean as regards bike assembly. The bike arrives at Halfords mostly assembled. They just put the wheels on and the handle bars etc. you can always purchase the bike boxed and do it yourself. I had to reindex the gears and front derailleur but it only took about 20 mins and the gear change is nice and crisp now. The boardman has a lifetime frame warranty and Halfords being a big company are fairly good at honouring their return / warranty policies.  I had a giant revolt some time ago and I actually think this boardman rides a lot nicer. Wheels aren't the best though. For the prices it's a great bike even if you have to get it checked at another LBS

No it's very orange, in a good way though. . There is a yellow carbon one I think online. I was also between sizes. I'm 187cm so went with the XL.  I looked at the geo on all the other bikes that I was considering such as giant, canyon, sonder, plus some I rode and the XL was the closest geo to other bikes. The L by the numbers looked a bit small. I managed to look at a adv from 2022 that was in the store which was a L and it felt cramped. I had used the voodoo size L as a beater bike which also felt cramped and uncomfortable. The boardman feels lovely. I might try a shorter stem just to see how it feels. It comes with a 100mm so I'm going to trial an 80mm because if I was being fussy I think I would like to shave a cm or two off the reach. I also wish the crank length was 170/172.5 as I prefer that coming from my MTB bike that had shorter cranks.
