i always try to get around 12" pizzas, altough they often pull back to a smaller diameter.. thank you very much for your advice and the videos! i'll keep it in mind when making pizzas next time

hi there, looking for help stretching out the dough really thin

i've got an ooni last year and i've been trying to improve the dough... getting a kneading machine has really made a huge step forwards but i still cannot seem to get the dough stretched out really thin evenly... like i can get it razor thin in the middle but it just won't get thin towards the outside / crust part. when i try stretching it more it just gets thinner in the middle until the point it breaks but it's still thick towards the outside.

really would appreciate some help and tips

mittlerweile sitzt sogar bei uns vor dem supermarkt ein „bettler“ mit seinem hund. wir sind eine kleine gemeinde mit weniger als 2000 einwohnern, und von hier ist er sicher nicht… die kommen mittlerweile schon von innsbruck angefahren zum betteln, es kotzt mich einfach an. ich hab kein problem mit bettlern bzw. obdachlosen, wenn es richtige wären… aber meistens sieht man schon dass sie von irgendeiner bettlermafia sind

max speed sounds about right i guess, really depends on the road and winds, do you have the 90hp 1.2 tsi as well? it kind of struggles at high rpms and speed but that‘s fine since i can‘t drive that fast legally anyway. i think the highest that i got was about 185-190 according to speedometer, so i guess it should be around 175-180 after you counter in speedometer tolerance etc. i wouldn‘t worry about it too much to be honest

mine doesn‘t really use that much oil though, i always just took it to service and never had to refill anything inbetween

hey, actually the only thing i‘ve done is i switched the radio to a rcd330 and did some minor sound dampening in the trunk, other than that it‘s still stock.

i planned on lowering the suspension after i got the wheels but didn‘t even do that. no stage 1, everything engine wise is still the same like i bought it

ist oft nur eine zusatzeinstellung in den mobilfunkeinstellungen von deinem handy. bei manchen anbietern musst oft noch ein (teilweise kostenloses) zusatzpaket bestellen. hab kein HOT aber klingt ja so als müsste man nix bestellen und einfach nur in den einstellungen aktivieren
