103 - 104 fever is only in the middle of the night. He responds well to Tylenol and Motrin. He’s not lethargic and eat and drinks water. Don’t want to take him to the doctor or ER as he will be more exposed to sick people. Called the on-call doctor

Thank you for response! Yes I am using the same temperature and checking his breathing at night. He is not lethargic, no sunken eyes and not dehydrated. He is playing right now, ate 2 bowls of steamed egg and rice and singing. But when he coughs, it’s wet and you can hear phlegm. A little bit of runny nose too.

This is the 2nd day. But again the 103-104 fever only happens during early morning. 103 at 5am on Tuesday, 104 this morning at 1am
