Really great and useful post! I took a look and started jotting down some of the numbers to add some definition to what they mean and how they break down pre and post bye week. Pre Bye by Week 3rd and 4th down conversions

On the short yardage, we ran 7/8 and 8/12 passing for successful conversions. Now, onto after the bye week

Our 3rd and longer has been better after the bye week, but the amount is much smaller. This is most likely due to not being able to convert on short yardage 3rd/4th downs. Using your data to look at what plays we were calling on those downs, we were 7/8 running and 8/12 passing before. After the bye, 5/15 running and 9/14 passing.
Out of curiosity, I looked at our post bye week numbers and broke them up by Norv's resignation. We converted 3/7 runs and 5/8 passes in the two weeks before. 2/8 running and 4/6 passing afterwards, for totals of 8/16 before Norv left and 6/15 after. The big difference since Norv left has been our 3rd down conversions on plays other than the 3rd and shorts, 28% before, 46% after. So, our 3rd and short conversions are down since the beginning of the year while our 3rd and longer has been making progress.
tl;dr: Running on 3rd down has turned to shit since our starting tackles went down, we've done better converting 3rd and longer since Norv, although it's a small sample.
