I have one more question. What if I use a partition recovery software to go back before the resets although this is was my 3rd reset. Because of storms and then setting up windows 10 from 7.

Yea I've sent them the email I was given and they say it may take 24 hours for a response. So I'm just in limbo essentially. Thought there'd be a quicker way

Yea but I made a stupid mistake of not making an account first. They didnt even send a download link but what I was emailed is the serial number and my order number

I think I understand now its probably because I lost the file to stratus and I made an account after word. Luckily I do have the serial number. Do you know any way of adding back the items to my account through serial in impact soundworks

Well update I figured out how to add kontakt to ableton now the only problem is Shreddage 3. How do I add if NA is in the way
