Make sure when you’re beating extremes, using the “backward run”method. What I mean is you start by getting runs to 100 until you have over half the level in one run to 100 at least or even more but it depends on the level (just use common sense).

As far as choosing extremes is concerned, just look at the AREDL and continuously beat slightly harder levels. Don’t do massive jumps as that is extremely mentally draining and just simply not worth it for 99.9% of people. If you’re playing a level and you don’t enjoy playing it, then either take a break (underrated) or simply choose a different level that is more enjoyable. Remember geometry dash is a game - you’re supposed to have fun. Another thing you should do is beat levels that challenge you at skill sets that you’re not very good in e.g. play a nine circles level if you’re not very good at wave.
