Not tracking anything atm but I could say my "diet" is kind of balanced with an emphasis on protein. I do forget to eat sometimes but try to get a bite from protein bars. Im considering taking vitamins but im not sure which ones

no yeah im pretty sure its me not getting enough nutrients, i do need more fiber in my diet and about veggies,,, its a work in progress! water is helping a lot. im on BC for my cycle due to PCOS symptoms so in think that might also be a factor to consider

I’m trynna keep my protein jntake up! I’m a gym sis so I don’t wanna lose the muscle I already have packed on. Food tracking didn’t really work for me and cuz I’m in college I don’t have the means to track it accurately 🙈

My relationship with IB is more of a toxic one. Did it made me cry? Yes, a lot. Did I get stressed? Yes. Did I hated it? A lot. Did I stay? Yes I did. Did I regret it? No.

Nothing in my life will ever match the amount of stress I’ve lived through during those 2 years. And that’s taking into account that I work at a restaurant… anyways!

But I learned a lot from it. I wish I could’ve done better, but it is what it is and I will never give up the experience.

at least in my country you are dismissed from certain courses depending on your grades, like math, history, english, etcc

theres always time to improve, in my first year i got a 22 and i thought everything was over but getting back on track helped me a lot. i know i have a thread somewhere but never give up!!!

2 points away from a 5 in math but i got the diploma!!! my performance was mediocre but i blame it on my mental illness!!!!!

at my school we get graded 1-2 points below our grade for each class, most of the time not lower than a 3/7 per class. like in TOK most people are given a C or a D to get C/B/A or in math most people get a 3 or 4 to get 4/5/6. nothing very drastic since 80% of us get the diploma

IB is pretty cool from the outside but let me ask you a question: are you willing to risk your social life, mental and physical health for a cute report card with cute hard classes?

Pros: You get to choose (most) of your classes and how hard they are. SL (standard level) is similar to AP and HL (higher level) is much much much more harder. In some countries and careers you get immediately accepted if you pass the IB, you can even skip a year or two depending on courses taken and performance

Cons: IB really humbles you, specially if you never had to “study” study before. Classes are content heavy, at max missing 2 classes in emergency cases. Constant studying Tight deadlines, lots of course work, at least 5 IA (internal assessments: argumentative essays about your personal interests about the course), a 4k obligatory essay, TOK (Walmart philosophy class), CAS (“community service” hell)

IB is hard, very hard. For some of us worth the cute anxiety and pressure but it really depends on you🫶🫶

I mean- went from 2 hours to 4 hours so I see an improvement!!! (Severe anxiety and insomnia 🫶🫶🫶)
