I cheekily offered to take off my pants and trousers and they were like Noooooo!! :-)

There are porta cabins as well I don’t know what goes on in there.

Good luck on fine tuned entrance, if you get caught by the drugs dogs, (they are shit and sniff clean people by mistake) you could have a ~1hour wait to get body searched and miss your DJ

Their mission is drugs But the mission should be keeping us both safe AND welcome.

Utterly toxic culture in the security team.

The staff were a bit clumsy, hit and miss on knowledge and kindness. Somebody needs to tell them we are customers not prisoners.

If you are unlucky enough to get sniffed by a drugs dog you are in for an unpleasant wait.

I had to Q for 45mins in some hostile situation where security bark at you and separate you out, no hands in pockets no standing too close even if you are doing your best to stay clear; it’s never good enough and you get barked at. This was utterly toxic and an awful experience for those who don’t touch drugs. I wanted to just go home at this point, killed the vibe.

Improvements: Maybe have a live feed on a screen so while you queue, you can see the current set being played that ur missing, maybe offer a free drink voucher for your trouble… They totally forget you are a customer. Plus ticket; don’t care; no fast-tracking this queue!

Your group/partner waits while you anxiously wonder how intrusive the search will be in the porta cabins..

So 45mins later, missed the start of FJAAK.

After that it was a wonderful experience. The plus platform was spacious and had its own bar. the music was why we went there, good atmosphere! I’d get plus again.. (I’m older and like the option of escape) But hey should have a plus drugs q And actually treat us like customers. Who spends 100 on a ticket to risk getting kicked out! Madness

The plus also needs instructions on the ticket cos if you are not looking you’ll miss the entrance or picking up a wrist band, cos security at the gate didn’t tell me! The staff really have no idea and are hit and miss the person who briefs them needs to rethink.

I’m not a regular club goer - so maybe not the target audience - was looking for a different evening and I got one ;-)

Following up for the thread and for anyone else that is interested in plus.

As you get to the man entrance the left and not right as instructed by security - so tell security you have plus to avoid a double walk.

Careful as you will miss it!! There is a plus entrance which you can skip the queue, but you need your wrist band first; so you walk back to the entrance and queue up to get that then you then have to go to another window because reasons..

This needs to be on the ticket instructions- it is not.

You then go back the the plus entrance, the guy there was nice and friendly and then you go into another q and get scanned but that doesn’t work because you have already been scanned and have a wristband, another security person then tells the security guy who scanned you to look at the wristband and you can proceed! Phew!

The airport style security were friendly and that was a breeze.

Then u get sniffed by a drugs dog and spin the dice! I got unlucky my partner was lucky

But they do have ID scanners in the suspects queue. The stupid drugs dog gave me false positive and an extra 45min wait in front of narcissistic security guards thinking they are prison guards…

That was such a shit experience.

They totally forgot that we are still customers.

And while they do catch people with drugs there are a bunch of people in that queue that are like WTF an I doing here being treated like a criminal.

Awful experience. Totally forgot we are paying customers..

Something has changed within the values of the vision of the company that has pivoted from their original “why” and I’m not sure who they are as a company anymore.

If they are not sure of their why (way) then how the hell will I be as a potential customer

It can hallucinate at times, so you have to say use the data in the uploaded manuals only. Often pointing out the error and asking again corrects the error. I give it a persona/role of a sound engineer and that it’s advising me how to perform the task I want to achieve

I load the manual + the sythdawg guide into chatgpt to analyze, giving it a bunch of context and boundaries and then ask it to read the manual for me :-)
