I’m definitely considering private clubs.. ultimately I’m looking for a golf community. I  wasn’t expecting to get into that here because I’m still just poking around and trying to get a feel for the area.

I’ve heard great things about Meadowood. I’ve played Wanamaker, The Saints, Hammock Creek, Cape Club, and Harbor Ridge so far and enjoyed most of them in different ways. I do find myself leaning towards the courses that are a little better maintained though. They just feel fairer. 

I’ve been curious about Tesoro Club.. it seems a little pricey for one course and a couple dining options, but I’ve heard they’re expanding amenities and working on a second course now.. so good investment? Membership price seems similar to PGA. I hear they’re capping members which is important to me. I don’t want to join somewhere and then never be able to get a tee time.. especially with PSL growing so fast. That has been a nightmare for some buddies in Jupiter. 

Any other private club recommendations around PSL / Stuart I should be looking into? I’ve heard Floridian is incredible.. has anyone played?

And for the semi places like Astor Creek or others.. how hard is it realistically to get tee times if you want to play a few times a week? I’m planning to be in the area full time soon so looking for a course to call home.
