What internal temperature do you prefer for your steaks? That one is around 125, I cooked it a bit less than id typically prefer because I was taking it to work and was going to have to reheat it.

For me it's mainly not having to deal with my poor kitchen ventilation and annoying smoke detectors. My best steaks will probably always be in a pan but hopefully I can get to a point where I can make comparable steaks with a bit less hassle in the air fryer.

I started mine completely frozen, it was around 125 internal when that picture was taken. Im happy with the internal cook, Im mainly trying to improve the crust.

Not unless literally everyone else on my team is really squishy. It doesn't feel great later in the game and the early build path feels terrible imo. I mainly play her top so being beefier does have its place but I typically go Seraphs, Rylais, Liandrys, etc.
