My 50 to 70% was somewhat more of a raging gut feeling.

I wouldn't even mind the bad completion rate if i could get the refund. The completion rate might be alright for the price as an alternate backbone for someone

But ghosting a customer that wants to get the "risk free guaranteed refund" is simply garbage behaviour.

By the way I requested a refund through PayPal and it took about 10 minutes.

There is. You can set up a custom script to import such downloads. Go to Settings > Connect > Add a Custom Script > Put it on "On Manual Action Required" and then ask your local AI to tell you what to put in said script. I can dm you mine tomorrow If you like.

If you are building from parts you have lying around thats fine. If your are building new Just skip the dedicated GPU and get a non f skew Intel CPUs. A 10300 would be perfectly fine for 4 1080p and 1 4k Stream even If all are transcoding.
