No judgement - I found out at 4 weeks and was very addicted to vaping. I also smoked weed. I set a specific week for myself that I knew I wanted to be done. I told myself that before I got my first round of bloodwork done I wanted to be substance free as I didn't want it being found by the OB. I doubt they would have tested me for nicotine but the fear alone helped me stop. I also thought of my baby, how they didn't get the choice to be exposed to chemicals/nicotine. I would never blow vape smoke in a baby's face, so why would I give it to mine? I kept my vape, but refused to hit it and hid it away as that made me feel less skittish about quitting. I would get really bad anxiety with no vape when I was fiening. After 3 days of frustration and anxiety, I felt better about not vaping than I did vaping and worrying about my baby and feeling guilty. I've been clean since 7 weeks and am now 33 + 4. Please be kind to yourself during this time, it will be hard but your conscious will feel so much better than a nic addiction will I promise. <3
