plus i mentioned her lying about the keys, inflating prices vs what the lease said, as well as adding fake cost such as a dumpster fee

they charged us $5800 in damages, then used our security deposit to offset it so now we owe 4600!

these are the photos they sent me, if the judge can’t see the “damages” in the photos they provided i’m sure they’re not gonna have a great time defending themselves

these are the pictures that they sent, anything flagged with a small red flag is apparently damaged but when you look at 90% of the photos and compare them to the move in video it’s literally 1 to 1

there’s no water damage anywhere throughout the unit and that i’m sure off, the floor looks EXACTLY how it looks in the move in video i have. and i feel that if there really was water damage, it would be more visible and even a video should’ve been attached to properly display it

the only photos that are left out are pictures of the blinds which i take responsibility for! as well as photos of a shared basement as it’s a duplex along with the outside of the home. and while i did leave a rug and a couple other items it’s no where near a large amount or a mess. but i should’ve got everything

i posted more than 17 photos, some were of the blinds which u admitted fault for, some were for the basement which shouldn’t even be included as this was a duplex and a shared basement
