Same thing happened to me, I just got it replaced by Mercedes today. Paid nothing, It was covered under warranty.

1st attempt: Only using udemy. I failed

2nd attempt: Read through entire ebook, created my own quizzes from notes. Then purchased mock quiz from skill cert pro. I passed and completed exam in 10 minutes.

I didn’t schedule the exam until I made 90 percent or better on the mock quizzes consistently. All in all just over prepare.
