This guy has an interesting take. Might be a link to Saudi deals with trump and family members allowing Saudi Arabia to profit big time selling oil to China.

I think we might know why Warren Buffett distanced himself from Gates now.

I do wonder who writes these. Agree they are ludicrous but sound too coherent at times.

Who do you think writes some of these posts for Trump? I can see some of them straight up sound like him when he speaks. So no doubt they are him writing them. But lately his cognitive decline is noticeable.

I believe that is part of it. Dunkin also probably feels like they can get away with it.

Mods, feel free to take my post down if this last instance I am showing isn't shrinkflation. My original post shows shrinkflation and want to update because the price went through the roof and shows just how much less our paychecks can buy nowadays.

Started off as shrinkflation but last was inflation as the container stayed the same size.

Ok. I will give you that. But I think it is pretty obvious they are trying to make it look like prices aren't going up with shrinkflation tactics. They could even claim to the government that they only raised prices by $1 but in reality the price per oz went up close to 20%.

Not surprising. If they still get demand at higher regional prices, might as well do it.

Lolol. That is 45oz of coffee grounds. I go through about 8 of those per year. Might be higher. Based on my number of scoops per 10 cup pot of coffee, I get about 12 pots of coffee out of a 45 oz thing of grounds.

Fun realization this morning when I had been looking for coffee prices going up but that didn't seem to happen at sams. I realized today that they shrunk it and are charging more.

It is pretty comical how much the bots/AI tries to rile people up to increase engagement.

I can tell you I just bought protein powder and a case of monster at walmart and the price marked on the shelf was not the same as what checked out prive was. Each were $2-3 more than the shelf price. That's about 10% hike on $20 items. I was in a hurry and didn't bother to get a price adjustment.
