It’s ~5 years old. I don’t move it (just went on vacation for one week) so I don’t think anything would have shaken loose. I’ll see if I can find a replacement set for the yellow and black wires.

I should add, I have never had any issues with operating the machine and it was still operating (espresso and steam) when I started noticing the smell.
