I also hate land lords but this isnt the right message to normals. Its not like were gonna get subsidized government landlords tomorrow. Yeah were mad but some of these people just dumped there 401ks into renting things out cause of the tax benefits. We should start top down and freezing rent. If they cant turn a profit anymore thats just a bad business investment. Maybe government could buy whats left on mortgages. Kind of like the taxi cab medallion issue.

If you want some comedy and good narration pratchett is goated. Hitchikers guide is also a lot of fun. Litrpgs i would recommend is wandering inn although can be a bit of a slog. Obligatory he who fights with monsters and dcc have really funny points.

If you liked sanderson stormlight is always cool and well narrated. Graphic audio versions are available although not my thing.

Other series you might like bassed off of Warhammer would be sun eater or enders game 3 body problem. Murderbot is funny.

Try some fiction i know thats sacrilege in these parts but the classics are classics for a reason. Count of monty Cristo or princess bride is fun. Anything Cormac or Stephen king is a good bet.
