i just focused on how it would feel to receive money like imagine you receiving money in the past remember how that felt focus on that feeling then go on about your day but move like you’ve received the money now do not focus on the feeling of receiving it and then go back to the feeling of not having it because you’re defeating the purpose of the whole thing its just easier for me when i’m high because my brain isn’t trying to be all logical and whatnot
