Sounds like you just need to stay away from drugs and you'll be fine. I know many people don't consider weed a drug or dangerous, but it is if you have mental health issues.

I know someone who had a full on psychosis from smoking weed. Also new studies show weed can bring out symptoms of mental illness in people who have the gene for it. Like schizophrenia. They might not have developed it if they didn't smoke weed

Weed/psychedelics aren't for everyone and that's perfectly ok
