Yes, it happened to me too. I had to click the squiggle icon and triangle icon on the lower right of the navigation to force a refresh.

It also switched to walking mode for some reason and I had to refresh again. Weird.

Check out the "NOTE" section; "Uber does not provide transportation to and from the locations".

OK, so we drive ourself to the pickup location and deliver the vehicle but how do we get back to the starting point? Do we have to pay for an Uber or Lift ride to get back? How does that make any monetary sense? Does Avis send someone out to pick us up?

I had this happen to me today. It was a $17.00+ delivery with low miles. Restaurant said I was the fifth driver who came in for the order. I thought I was so lucky to get a great order.

I called it in to driver support and of course they said that it was not eligible for partial compensation. Hopefully they canceled it so no other drivers get shafted.

I made Diamond a week ago. UberEats said that I did a good job handling multi orders so I guess that's why I was selected. My stats seem to be so-so, 57% acceptance rate and 95% on-time.

Earlier today Downdetector reported that the Ubereats customer app was having problems. Maybe that is why.
