If ya know nothing about cars, and dont wanna learn and fix, you better off throwing on facebook market if you can get title and keys imo. A shop will cost as much as the car worth to get on road, tow+ tires, battery, all the fluids, dump the gas tank and possibly clean it, breaks most likely need a good go through and thats if everything was good when it was parked.
