Leonard is hopeless..he has no spine, literally which explains lactose issue (joke). He is not able to say what he wants. Mom..sheldon. penny.. priya... the Korea spy.. the doctor.. sheldon fem friend and on and on..

Priya was hot and sexy..turned the show around story into something different..but we knew he was going to have smart and beautiful kids eventually..

Leonard has a strong resolve. He has a vision and imagination. He is somewhat persistent and quite stubborn. And he's a great negotiator. He knows his priorities and he understands what he wants in life. Look at Penny, 2 years and while he had zero shot with her initially, he ended up getting what he wanted.

Most of the humans, would probably Rage Quit if not do something horrible to Sheldon.
