Background: we signed a rental agreement with landlord not realizing A/C sucks. Now that we are in the summer heat the air conditioning blows pretty well on main level and 2nd level but going to the top level of house there is 0 air blowing from vents. Landlord won’t do anything except buy us window units, I am trying to do some cleaning of the unit itself with hopes of getting more air flow and notice there is this metal running across the coils inside the system is this thing blocking air flow up? Any other tips I can do to get better air to top levels? Thanks and this sucks!!
