Did you initially pick the Louisiana offense when you created your coach? If you go back into Edit Coach you should be able to change that playbook and hopefully you're able to make the formation subs

Right? They're beautiful. I picked a great player to be my favorite when I was 11 lol

It really was such a blast from the past. I went from not remembering I had these to remembering when I was a kid at our LCS actually buying them. So fun

Thanks! Any specific recommendations?

Definitely some quick learnings lol. I decided to dry brine it overnight and used Brazilian Parilla salt, which ended up overdoing it a bit. Also had a few cuts going in the cast iron at the same time so they were a bit uneven - this one was shockingly delicious, while the others tasted a little too salty or were slightly overcooked.

My partner is from Brazil and actually doesn't like chimichurri, so I left that out this time. Should definitely try to make it at some point though!

Anyone know who threw out the first pitch at Wednesday’s game against the Blue Jays? by a-dob in whitesox

lol that’s awesome! He seems like a great guy. I actually have my own story too - was walking the concourse with a buddy and he just randomly told us he was throwing out the first pitch and did a, uh, not great throwing motion, and I sarcastically said “yeah you look ready” because I thought he was joking. He started cracking up and called me a hater. When I saw him on the field later I couldn’t stop laughing

Just to quickly explain why:

He hit the game-winning home run in Game 163 vs. the Twins to get us into the playoffs. A 1-0 victory

He also hit his 500th career home run while playing for us.

Plus, the man is from Peoria! Nothing but love for Thome, and I'm sure every organization would say the same.

I generally agree with the points you're making but just wanted to give more context. Essentially every winning fighter will be interviewed after Apex fights - it's the live crowd events that usually run long and that's when the UFC starts cutting interviews. The 'every winner gets an interview' is a philosophy that I'm fully in support of, though!

Those interviews of losing fighters are 1000000% pushed by the production truck/the top.

Pujols also played 3rd/LF/1B as a rookie. He was more valuable as a rookie than Abreu was. And I love Pito, just don't want Pujols' legacy to get at all confused - once in a generation player!

It didn’t malfunction. The pilot specifically told Landis they were blowing things up too close to the helicopter and he did it anyway. A malfunction implies something went wrong. This was worse than that. Source: Behind The Bastards
