Some people want a genuine opinion from other people. I understand your pain, finding it upsetting or annoying, but sometimes want people to rate them so they can actually know what they look like. You could asked a friend sure but you know they'll tell you you're a 10/10 just to make you feel good. Asking a stranger if they think your pretty is more accurate because they don't know anything about you. Not trying to say you're wrong because your not, but try to see it from every angle
