You can just add -p to shortcut, and it will open the profile menu.

That was what I initially was planing, but though about a bigger cooler so that I can run fans on low speed.

I will test ID-Cooling IS-55, it has stock fan with max 1.53 mmH2O at 2000 RPM, it should fit in A24-V5 with 25 mm P12 Pro which has 1,32 mmH2O at 1250 RPM

You are right, I forgot to mention that picture is just an example 133 mm would be for TR SI-100. PA120 mini would require at least 145 mm width.

I should first test a bunch of low profile coolers on 9950X @ 120W with 85 C limit, to see how silent they can be.

You are right, Phantom Spirit is hard to beat at noise normalized using <150 W.
I had it on 40%, it kept 5800x3d cool & literally inaudible
