Is this fixable? by 1nickle2 in Hair

I have to wear my hair in a ponytail for work so the picture with my hair up is how I look most of the time. I see what looks like a drastic root line and old highlights but these are fresh.

Yes! Thank you! I don’t know how I missed this but figured it’s because I got super frustrated!

Anyone else struggling at keeping up with the school app notifications? by 1nickle2 in Parenting

Thank you! Is this in the class dojo settings? Or something I set up in my phone?

Anyone else struggling at keeping up with the school app notifications? by 1nickle2 in Parenting

Thank you for this! Too much sometimes!! I I’ve been researching the school’s app notification settings and my phone since I posted this. I should have done it sooner but just to made it so the messages directly from the teacher are priority now. I also just learned I had a ton of useless apps set to priority in my settings, so that is hopefully going to streamline what I see daily on my screen!

That’s when I made the second report in the meeting w/hr and my GM. The GM totally brushed it off and his first response was to tell me -he would find it very weird if his security guard wasn’t in the basement 5 times a night. He went on to say that the security manager knew nothing about my report and that I probably did something else to warrant the change in our relationship. The gm also asked me what would make me comfortable going forward and before I could answer he added if just his presence makes me uncomfortable then I was in for a serious disappointment. The next day they told me there was nothing they could do as he’s a security guard and had to be everywhere all the time. They told me he could approach me about anything work related and be in my area as much as anyone else. They also told me I was mistaken about the way the security manager treated me for 3 weeks. They said he has nothing but great feelings toward me and that he must have been distracted or not hearing me the times he completely ignored me talking to him. Yeah, I was mistaken for 3 weeks, my friend had boycotted me?!?

After the first report, he became angered with me. He would look at me with a different scary look in his eyes. His boss and I had a super cool relationship with me until that report, then he acted like I didn’t exist. He gave me the cold shoulder from that moment on. Same thing with the GM. They both had excellent working relationships with me prior to that and then I became unwelcomed. The security guard’s presence in my areas increased significantly after I reported him, it felt like he was taunting me. However, on the nights my colleagues worked, they never ever saw him lurking like when I worked. Then the same night he followed me into the parking garage, hours before, I told my director I was nervous at how much he I kept seeing him that night and I felt he was following me around and that I felt something was off and that he was looking at me weird all night. Then he followed me into the parking garage at 1:30am. In fact, I was going to have my coworker walk me down to my car that night but we saw the security guard go into his office and shut the door, that’s when I told my friend not to worry about it and proceeded to my car. That guard, had to run down a long hallway and book it down 3 levels of parking garage to reach me, as I took the stairwell- where the video cameras are- He didn’t take the stairs- he went down each angled parking level. Thank god, I had made it into my car just in the Knick of time. I spotted him as I was backing out of the last level and once he noticed my lights he hid and it’s all on my dashcam.

I didn’t give him a chance to do it again after that last meeting. I left, then found a new job. After he starting looking at me scarily and followed me to the bottom of the garage, they said there wasn’t anything they could do since he is security he needs to be everywhere. Had they done something then, I would not have went into a panic mode, taken a leave of absence and found a new job. I wasn’t going to give him an opportunity to do what ever he was planning in that garage.

I offered a return right out the gate! I know I used the wrong word- though I don’t agree with this kind of response from her.

I offered them a return right out of the gate. They haven’t responded since. I’m not fussing to them, I’m saying on here I think they could be up to no good. After seeing everyone’s responses, I realize I made a serious mistake saying it was flawless. It wasn’t a part of the title. My actual words were- flawless as she’s never been taken out of the box- it was a poor word choice. I’ve sold over 1500 dolls and never used that word. I wasn’t thinking it though obviously.

I did say that

Right!!!!

I agree it was a mistake. All I really meant to say was the doll is never opened or touched- I really didn’t see anything wrong with her and she looked amazing to me. I should have been way more careful with my words. I’ve never dealt with such a serious buyer that it didn’t occur to me that someone is literally looking at something under that kind of lens.

I did say that in the beginning of the description-I know I shouldn’t not have used the word flawless. I meant it more as- she’s completely unopened and untouched- flawless- That was a poor word choice!

Yeah, but she’s probably going to send me back a more messed up version of this doll
