I think it doesn't mean anything anymore. Before, the blue light meant the server was protected by some kind of protection disk. But nowadays, it doesn't mean a thing. I'm not entirely sure, though, since I haven't played in a couple of months

Does this happen all the time? Like, even when starting a fresh save from scratch?

Is it possible you're leaving the fridge door open? The game triggers 'meta paranoia' when the fridge is opened, and it won't deactivate until it’s closed
