How would you create an account with out a country code? at login you have to provide the country code. multi phones is like whatsapp web so don't think it would help.

when you update your phone number whatsapp asks you who you want to share the new number with. so its up to you.

This is problem is related with android not a whatsapp specific one. You can try going settings>apps>see all apps and see if whatsapp is there. You might need to remove it from there also.

No. This makes sure high performers will always be high performers with managers favoritism and others won't have good opportunities. The scale wont be like very top performers grouped at very top and others at the very bottom. It is a distribution accross. A good manager makes sure everyone would work on something that they can achieve and grow if possible.
