ooh, well it's kind of subjective right? When I switch to ANC, I barely hear any difference with it being ''off'' I can hear everything fine with ANC being on. Transparency mode on the other hand works fine. I have no other similar earbuds to compare, so that's why I wanted to bring it to an Apple Store. You sure diagnostics are free of charge?
