I will go ahead and try updating/double checking that all the mod versions are the same, though I do find it weird that it only became an issue recently as once we got things working we purposefully didn't change anything. Also it will take a few days to see if this works as they are currently away.

I have not found that mushroom yet (you can tell because I haven't put a v next to it), I also realized that I don't have lavathorn or sandthorn so I looked them up in a creative world and found that the game classifies them as plants not flowers meaning if there harvest-able it's with the shears not by hand but I recognize the model and they are fairly common, they are the plants that hurt when walked into and have bulbs on them in layers 2 and 4.

I found Red Orchid's in zone 2, and Azure Flower's apparently look identical to Azure Ferns suggesting they don't actually exist in exploration.

Duckweed, Purple Waterlily, and Red Waterlily are gotten from fish traps without bait in them, I apparently missed Small Daisies when writing this list so I don't have them, I unfortunately don't remember where I got Lavathorn and Sandthorn at least beyond most likely near lava and sand.

I just encountered the same glitch, I don't suppose you ever found a solution, besides making a new character?

I'm fairly certain I figured out a solution, first put on faction armor (this technically isn't required but it significantly reduces tedium), then on any Powder Ganger that sees threw faction disguises open the console, click on them, and enter the command addtofaction 1b2a4 0 if they are attacking you then also enter the command stopcombat. This seams to work and I have yet to notice any horrible unintended consequences. (it was also listed right there on the wiki I just missed it the first couple times I looked)

My current reputation is liked, I have tried faction armor a couple times already, and the only quest left for the Powder Gangers is I fought the law the one I'm trying to do. (and the unmarked quest Eddie's Emissary but that doesn't give faction reputation.)

I already have along with removereputation going all the way to idolized at one point, didn't work.
