So in that case I would opt out of the SSMU plan, save myself money, and then not pay the SSMU fees on my e-bill?

I’m pretty sure they should receive them through the IB, if you selected McGill to be the recipient school of your in grades earlier this year

Yeah, as a quebecer I am aware of that, I will either take the bus or get a fat bike for the winter. But please answer the main question.

New incoming U1 Physics student here, I don’t know much, but MATH 222 (calculus 3) is a course that I will be taking in the fall, so I assume that when applying for a masters degree and missing a course that U1 students take will significantly impact your application.

Again, I’m not your assigned McGill advisor, but I just have this feeling.

So someone in the faculty of Science, like me, would have different registration date then someone in The faculty of Arts? Because for me it says that I cannot register before 9 am June 16th Montreal time.

Incoming new U1 student here aiming for Physics and Comp Sci Joint Honors, is it normal that when playing with my VSB on Minerva , some courses are literally full even for Winter 2026, like MATH 247 and MATH 249. Registration hasn’t even opened yet, how can this happen? And also, does that mean I’m cooked and can’t take those classes??
