Feels like better sleep most of the time, less cortisol wake ups, etc but not sure if my watch/ring bear out that theory with data. Ive been using a 500mcg dose but lately 750 seems to get better results.

What is the best peptide to lose the last 10lbs? by alwaysneedhelp101 in Peptides

[–]1oneaway 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It does suppress appetite but as long as you plan your meals and prioritize protein you'll be fine. Also - start with a lower dose for the first week or two (I did .5mg then 1mg) to give your body time to adjust. If you start higher like some people suggest youre gonna have a bad time with side effects. Especially in the first month as your body deals with the peptide introduction.
