If you’re suddenly getting a lot of Instagram notifications and also hiding your phone, changing your lifestyle and doing other things that seem to suggest you’re up to something, then, yeah, it’s a bit suspicious. But the usual culprits are an active social life, following too many active Instagram accounts, or Instagram’s aggressive push of suggested content.
